The rules for using CourtGo to book courts or run a venue in the Philippines.
These terms apply when you visit CourtGo, create an account, book a court, list or manage a venue, upload content, or use another CourtGo feature. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. CourtGo is intended for people aged 18 or older. A minor must use the service through a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the booking.
CourtGo is an online court-booking platform for players and sports venues across the Philippines. It provides listings, schedules, booking records, direct-payment instructions, payment-proof uploads, chat, reports, and support tools. The venue owner controls the venue, court condition, availability, prices, booking approval, house rules, payment collection, cancellations, and refunds.
When a venue confirms a booking, the player and venue enter into the agreement for use of that court. Review the venue name, exact court, date, time, price, payment instructions, cancellation window, and house rules before confirming. CourtGo keeps the platform record and may assist with a dispute, but it does not operate the venue or replace the venue owner.
Use accurate information and a working email address. Keep your password and sign-in method private, and tell CourtGo promptly if you think another person accessed your account. You are responsible for activity through your account unless the law provides otherwise. One person may hold separate player and owner accounts, but each account must be truthful and used only for its stated role.
Players pay the venue owner directly using the instructions the owner publishes. CourtGo does not process, hold, or refund player money and is not a bank, wallet, payment gateway, or escrow service. An uploaded payment image is evidence for booking review; it is not automatically an official receipt. The venue owner remains responsible for issuing any invoice or receipt required by law and for handling refunds it owes.
Each venue must publish its cancellation and refund rules. The rule shown when the player books applies unless the law requires a better remedy. Players should cancel within the stated window. Repeated no-shows, fraudulent proof, or abuse may lead to venue-level blocks or CourtGo account restrictions. When a venue cancels or owes a refund, the venue must return the money directly under its policy and applicable consumer law.
Owners must provide their real identity and contact details, keep every venue and court listing accurate, show the full price and material booking conditions, use real photos, honor confirmed bookings, maintain a reasonably safe facility, protect player information, issue required receipts, and comply with tax, permit, consumer, accessibility, safety, and other laws that apply to their business. Owners must not use CourtGo to mislead players or avoid legal obligations.
You keep ownership of photos, descriptions, reviews, messages, and other content you submit. You give CourtGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, display, and share that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve CourtGo and the listing or booking it relates to. You must have the right to upload the content and must not expose another person's private information without permission.
Do not create fake accounts or listings, upload fake payment proof or reviews, scrape or attack the service, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, harass users, upload harmful or unlawful content, or use CourtGo for fraud or another illegal purpose. Do not interfere with another booking or attempt to obtain information you are not allowed to see.
CourtGo may review reports, request evidence, pause bookings, limit a listing, remove content, or suspend an account when reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms. Owners normally receive the reason and a chance to respond before a final decision unless urgent safety or legal action is required. A Verified Business badge means submitted documents were reviewed; it is not a guarantee of court quality, safety, price, or availability. Paid promotion never overrides a safety restriction.
First contact the venue about a booking, payment, cancellation, or refund problem. If it is not resolved, contact CourtGo through the Contact page or an in-app support ticket and include the booking number, venue, date, and relevant proof. CourtGo will review the platform records and seek a fair response. If a complaint remains unresolved seven calendar days after it was filed through CourtGo's internal process, you may use the DTI Consumer Care system at consumercare.dti.gov.ph. Privacy complaints may be filed with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
CourtGo may be unavailable during maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, or urgent safety work. Features and listings may change, but CourtGo will not intentionally remove a confirmed booking record without a valid operational, safety, or legal reason. CourtGo may update these terms and will post a new date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the stated effective date means you accept the updated terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent allowed by law, CourtGo is not responsible for a venue's court condition, on-site acts, injuries during play, or money paid directly to a venue. CourtGo remains responsible for its own duties under applicable law, including duties that may apply to an online platform. Nothing in these terms removes or limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Act, the Internet Transactions Act, the Data Privacy Act, or other Philippine law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. CourtGo is the service name.
