Payment proof is the screenshot or receipt a player uploads after paying the court owner directly.
Payment proof is the receipt, screenshot, or payment record a player uploads after paying the court owner directly. CourtGo keeps the proof with the booking so the owner can review it, but CourtGo does not process, hold, or refund player money.
Players upload proof when a venue asks for payment before confirmation or before the booking time. The booking should show the amount, deadline, and owner payment instructions first.
Owners review the uploaded image or receipt beside the booking record, then accept or reject it based on their own payment records. If something is unclear, booking chat keeps the question tied to the reservation.
Useful proof shows the paid amount, payment date or time, reference if available, and enough sender or recipient detail for the owner to match it with the booking.
CourtGo is not a wallet, payment processor, escrow service, or automatic payment verifier. Refunds and payment disputes still follow the venue policy because money moves directly between player and owner.
