A front desk booking is a staff-managed court reservation made from the venue counter or phone workflow.
A front desk booking is a reservation handled by staff from the venue counter, phone, or daily operations view. It should sit beside online reservations so staff can see booked, blocked, and open times before promising a court.
Online booking starts with the player choosing from a public page. Front desk booking starts with staff helping a walk-in, caller, or regular player while still using the same court schedule.
Staff need enough access to create and manage daily bookings, but they should not receive owner-only controls such as payment settings, reports, or business profile decisions unless the owner allows it.
A front desk booking should record the court, date, time, duration, player name or contact, payment note if needed, booking status, and staff action history.
Putting front desk work in the same booking flow helps prevent double booking, lost notes, unclear payment proof, and different staff giving different answers.
